1. Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Wayne County, and partially Washtenaw and Oakland County. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our delivery zone, you may contact us directly at (734)436-1386 or add your zipcode to our zipcode checker.
2. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be provided at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Monday through Sunday, from 10 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 10 AM Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
- Specific Time Delivery: We will do our best to accommodate specific time requests, but we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time due to traffic and weather conditions.
4. Holiday Deliveries
During peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), delivery times may vary due to high demand. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message. Please ensure your contact information is up to date when placing an order.
6. Delivery Instructions
If you have specific instructions (e.g., leave the flowers with a neighbor, at the front desk, or in a safe spot), please include these details in your order. We will do our best to follow your instructions.
7. Unsuccessful Deliveries
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will:
- Leave the flowers in a safe place if possible, or
- Attempt to contact the recipient or customer for further instructions.
If neither option is available, the flowers will be returned to the shop, and we will contact you to arrange a redelivery (additional fees may apply).
8. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that your flowers will arrive fresh and in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full credit to your account, unless products have already been purchased to fulfill order.
- Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $15. There are no refunds
10. Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes made after the order has been dispatched may incur additional delivery fees.
11. International Deliveries
At this time, we do not offer international deliveries.
