We acknowledge that there may be times where our flowers may not look their best or meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if you're unhappy with your arrangement or bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of your order to discuss potential options for a replacement arrangement or bouquet. Options may include a full replacement of your arrangement, a credit towards a future purchase, or potentially a refund.
