The Bloom Bar Experience transforms your celebration into an interactive floral experience your guests can enjoy throughout the event. Guests visit our beautifully styled Bloom Bar, hand-select fresh seasonal blooms, create their own bouquet, finish it with beautiful packaging and ribbon, snap a photo, and leave with flowers—and a memory—to take home.

From intimate bridal showers and birthday celebrations to weddings, corporate events, conferences, church gatherings and large-scale celebrations, the Bloom Bar creates a beautiful focal point that naturally brings guests together.

We can accommodate groups of 20 to 100+ guests, with no maximum guest count.

Every experience includes at least one Bouquet Concierge for every 20 guests, with additional attendants added as needed for larger events.

A fully customized floral experience featuring elevated flower selections, specialty blooms and luxury finishing details.

Flowers Curated for Your Celebration

Choose your preferred color palette and overall floral style, and feel free to share inspiration photos or favorite flower varieties.

Our floral designers will curate a beautiful assortment using fresh, seasonal flowers appropriate for your selected package and budget. Specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed due to seasonality and availability, but we'll always do our best to honor your preferences. Premium and luxury blooms may be added as an upgrade.

Bloom Bar Experience Fee

A one-time Bloom Bar Experience Fee starting at $195 is added to each reservation for up to 3 hours.

This fee covers professional delivery, setup, styling, display equipment, our standard 4-foot workspace table, Bloom Mirror, event coordination, Bouquet Concierge service and complete breakdown.

Travel within 40 miles of our Garden City, Michigan location is included. Events beyond 40 miles are welcomed and will include an additional mileage/travel fee.

Make It Even More Special

Customize your Bloom Bar with available enhancements such as personalized bouquet tags, custom signage, premium ribbon, additional flowers, balloon décor, additional Polaroid film, custom backdrop walls and other event-specific details.
